Tree & Brush Removal
Clearing overgrowth, stumps and root systems down to grade.
Overgrown lots, dead trees and stubborn root systems all have to come out before grading or construction can start clean. We remove trees, brush and stumps down to grade — not just cut back, actually removed.
Root systems left in the ground cause problems later: uneven settling, damaged irrigation, cracked flatwork. We pull root balls and grind stumps so what goes in after us doesn't inherit a problem from what was there before.
This is often paired with land clearing on the same site visit, so the lot goes from overgrown to build-ready in one pass instead of multiple site mobilizations.
