In the core Valley cities — Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert — a lot of our calls are infill lots, remodel-driven demo and tighter residential and commercial sites where access and precision matter as much as horsepower. Out toward Queen Creek, San Tan Valley and Apache Junction, the work skews toward new-build pad prep, larger acreage clearing and rural sitework where we're moving more dirt over more ground.
