Pad Preparation
Compacted, engineered pads graded true and ready to build on.
A building pad is only as good as the compaction underneath it. We grade and compact pads to the elevations and specs your engineer or builder calls for, so what gets built on top of it doesn't shift, settle, or crack down the line.
We work from plans and engineering specs directly, checking elevations throughout the process instead of eyeballing it — the goal is a pad that passes inspection the first time.
This applies to everything from a single custom home pad to large commercial building pads, shaped and compacted to the same standard regardless of scale.
